Return & Refund Policy
We take great pride in the quality of our flowers, gifts, and arrangements. Every order is prepared with care, and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
Fresh Flowers & Arrangements
Due to the perishable nature of flowers, all sales are final.
- If your flowers arrive damaged or not as described, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery or pickup with a photo of the product. We will be happy to provide a replacement or store credit.
Gifts and Retail Items
• Unused, non-perishable items may be returned within 7 days of purchase for an exchange or store credit.
• Items must be in original packaging and condition, with a receipt.
Special Orders & Event Deposits
• Deposits for weddings, events, and custom orders are non-refundable.
• Cancellations made at least 30 days prior to the event may be eligible for partial credit toward a future order, at management’s discretion.
